Fodor's Review:
The Refugio de Vida Silvestre de Cabo Rojo (Cabo Rojo Wildlife Refuge) has an interpretive center with exhibits of live freshwater fish and sea turtles. You see as many as 100 species of birds along the trails, even the elusive yellow-shouldered blackbird. The entrance is about 1 mi north of the turnoff for El Combate.
