Puerto del Rey Marina, home to 1,100 boats, is one of the Caribbean's largest marinas. It's the place to hook up with a scuba-diving group, arrange an excursion to Vieques's bioluminescent bay, or charter a fishing boat. The marina also has several restaurants and boating-supply stores.
