Fodor's Review:

In a small blue building on the main plaza, this local institution has been serving up Puerto Rican specialties since 1936. Traditionally prepared seafood dishes like the asopao (a thick soup flavored with conch, octopus, or lobster) come with large servings of beans, rice, and fried plantains. If you want something fancier, there's lobster tail rolled in bacon or Conch in a spicy sauce. The decor is nautical, with fishing nets hanging from the ceiling.

Sadly, Victor's Place closed it's doors in 2006, after 70 years of service. It is now an abandoned building and it doesn't looks like it's going to be re-opened again... :(
