Manatee Eco Resort Review
True to its name, this eco-friendly hotel has energy-efficient lighting, solar-heated water, and its own private well. Most mornings you can spot manatees or dolphins splashing just past the mangroves. Guests can park their boats at the hotel's dock, or rent one of the kayaks for an afternoon paddle. Rooms are rather bland but have all the necessities, including TVs, microwaves, and mini-fridges. The restaurant serves fresh seafood, steak, and traditional criollo dishes.
