Parador Guaníca 1929 Review

This colonial-style building is very pretty, with lovely arches adding more character than you usually find along the southern coast. It dates back to 1929, when it housed executives from the nearby sugar plantation. There's a lovely view of the ocean, but no beach. The staff members are hospitality students, and they try their darnedest to make a good impression. The hotel is actually in the neighborhood of Ensenada, just west of Guaníca.
