In a stunningly restored building that dates back to 1882, Ramada Inn sits right on the main square. Six of its rooms preserve 19th-century architecture; they'rea dazzling, and by far the most atmospheric in Ponce. Black-and-white tiles, hand-carved furniture, and wooden balconies are among many stylish amenities. The other rooms in the more modern wing are a bit bland by comparison. Lola, serving Latin fusion cuisine and cocktails, is connected via the small pool area.
The Internet cafe is a great place to start your day. On weekends there's live music on the patio.
