Marina Puerto del Rey Review
Home to 1,100 boats, this is one of the Caribbean's largest marinas. This is the place to hook up with a scuba-diving group, arrange an excursion to Vieques's bioluminescent bay, or charter a fishing boat. The marina, located south of Fajardo, also has several restaurants and boating-supply stores.
