Hung with elaborate lanterns, this dining room is a fanciful version of the Far East. The first thing you'll notice is the sound of meats and vegetables sizzling on the large teppanyaki tables. The chefs here know they're on stage and perform with a flourish. Despite the abundance of fresh fish, sushi bars are a rarity in this part of Puerto Rico, but the excellent one here has a seemingly endless array of sushi rolls to satisfy all cravings. Want traditional Chinese fare?
Try the "Passion Love Boat" (lobster and shrimp) or "Full Steam Ahead" (steamed fish with scallions and black mushrooms).

We ate at the Beninana-style table where the food is grilled in front of you. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was, from the seafood to the steak. Elsewhere in the same restaurant you can also order sushi and there is also a Chinese food menu. This restaurant is located at the El Conquistador resort.
