Fodor's Review:
East of Arroyo's city center, this is one of the south coast's most popular beaches. There are palm trees for shade, changing facilities, picnic tables, and barbecue grills. In summer it's crowded with locals, especially on weekends and holidays; in winter it's almost deserted.
