Sitting right on the beach, these two buildings hold six apartments of various sizes. Choose from one three-bedroom unit, one two-bedroom unit, two one-bedroom units, or two studios. No matter which you pick, each has a kitchen and private balcony with views of the coastline. Ted and Jane Davis, who bought the place in 2005, have added amenities not so common in this price range, such as plasma televisions, DVD players, and free Wi-Fi. There is a dive shop on the premises and a massage therapist on call. This is one of the few gay-friendly places in Rincón.

Sheer Bliss

My partner and I stayed here and it was sheer bliss. The suite was beautifully decorated, the kitchen and bathrooms spotless and the bedding was lucious and comfortable. The housekeeper is a really nice lady and she came everyday and fixed up the suite so I felt like a queen. When we had an afternoon of rain, we were able to enjoy the flat screen TV while cuddling on the sofa. Nice! I liked sitting on the huge deck and watching the pelicans while my man was down on the beach swimming. We saw a group of dolphins come by too. What a treat. Fortunately for us we were there on Tuesday night when Bella and Ted have their wine and cheese with masseur for the guests. Was that ever fun. We got to meet other guests and my little massage was great. The LemonTree is a perfect place at which to base yourself for going other places on the west coast too. We were able to go up to the Camuy Caves and down to Parguera to the bioluminescent bay and then back to the Tree to barbeque and sit on our deck and chill. I'd say if you're going to PR and you want a nice laid back place with style and fun, go to the LemonTree.RATING: 5.0
