Fodor's Review:
In this stylish dining room there's not a bad seat in the house. Choose one of the comfortable couches near the door, a stool at the bar, or a banquette overlooking the swimming pool. A few choice tables are outside on the covered terrace. Just as good is the wide array of small dishes created by chef Christopher Ellis. Not content to stay in Spain, his tapas travel the globe. Some, like the chipolte barbecued pork, are clearly from Mexico. The mussels, in red coconut-curry broth, have an Asian flair. If there is a wait for a table, your server will suggest you enjoy a cocktail at the Palms, which is just around the corner.
