An ornate pink building next to the city hall, the Museo Antigua Aduana de Arroyo (Museum of the Old Customs House of Arroyo), traces the history of the town and some of its well-known inhabitants, including Samuel F. B. Morse. It also has a small display of Indian artifacts and revolving exhibits of contemporary works by local artists.
