Fodor's Review:
In Bayamón's central park you'll find the 18th-century Catholic church of Santa Cruz and the former city hall, which now houses the Francisco Oller Art and History Museum. Works by local artists are displayed in the neoclassical building. Oller (1833-1917) was one of the most accomplished artists of his time, and has works on display at the Museo de Arte and the Museo de Historia, Antropolgía y Arte at the University of Puerto Rico.
