Fodor's Review:
In the heart of downtown, this modern high-rise is a block or so from the main square. The spacious rooms have fairly standard decor, but they also have some much-appreciated extras such as refrigerators. The palm-shaded pool makes the Mayagüez heat a bit more bearable.
