Near the Mirador Piedra Degetau, this hilltop restaurant has a panoramic view of Aibonito. You can see the lights of the city through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The food is abundant, from the chicken with tamarind sauce to the pork loin in an orange glaze. Even the side dishes, including the fried plantains, are memorable. If you're in the area on Sunday, drop by for the excellent buffet.
