$$$-$$$$, Asian, Fajardo
Fodor's Review:
Hung with elaborate lanterns, this dining room is a fanciful version of the Far East. The first thing you'll notice is the sound of meats and vegetables sizzling on the large teppanyaki tables. The chefs here know they're on stage, and they perform with a flourish. Hunan and Szechuan specialties round out the menu. Despite the abundance of fresh fish, it's not so easy to find a sushi bar in this part of Puerto Rico. The one here, with a seemingly endless array of dishes, is excellent.
