$-$$, Southwestern, Luquillo
Fodor's Review:
"Gringoland" is how one local described this Tex-Mex eatery. There are so many English-speaking tourists that management doesn't even bother to print the menu in Spanish. But the ribs and burgers melt in your mouth, and the helpings of crispy fries are generous. Nearly every dish -- Southwestern or otherwise -- is washed down with beer. Televisions broadcast the latest sporting events, and on the weekend bands often replace the jukebox.
