Fodor's Review:

A bit more refined than some of its neighbors, this restaurant actually sits on a wooden platform positioned above the sand. Even nicer is the upstairs deck that lets you gaze at the ocean instead of the parking lot. The grilled steak served with chimichurri is as good as it gets, and juicy barbecued chicken with tamarind sauce is equally tasty. There are also a couple of bars, and bands playing Latin music set the scene on weekend nights. The staff can get overwhelmed when there's a crowd.

If you want something totally different, this is the place. Al Fresco dining with terrific food and good service. Crab tostones are a must for an appetiser and the lobster tails are to die for although rather pricy. Music can be a bit loud on weekends but "fun" is the key word here. We were joined for dinner by an adorable kitten that wandereded through. The ocean breeze is relaxing. Not for every night dinner but worth the excursion. On weekends, be prepared for area crowds and parking problems.
