A 10,000-bottle wine cellar is just one of the draws of this Spanish restaurant. The chef is often honored in local competitions for specialties such as lobster with basil butter, medallions of lamb with raspberries, and duck with orange and ginger sauce. The paella is the best in town. The dining room is elegant, with crisp linens and gleaming silverware.
