This small bed-and-breakfast in the suburbs about 10 minutes from Fort-de-France has deluxe suites with contemporary decor, as well as up-to-date amenities like Wi-Fi. Breakfast is lovely, and you can also opt to have dinner, a gastronomic table d'hôte with wine. Personalized service by a "retired" French couple is a hallmark. Airport shuttle available. Pros: rooms are four-star; unique on the island, exceptional food. Cons: Madame is sometimes overly attentive; not all the benefits of a hotel, best with a car.
