Fodor's Review:
This is the kind of beach restaurant you search for but seldom find. It began when owner Palmont still made his living by fishing. Now the pink-and-blue boat-of-the-boss is the best one bobbin'. People come for the fisherman's platter (the catch of the day) with a special red sauce, ripe tomatoes, and perfect red beans and rice. Fresh "shrimp on the barbie" can usually be had Thursday through Saturday. Bottles of Neisson rum are plunked in front of a table of, say, French doctors taking a time-out from their medical conference. On Friday nights, local bands play, and on Saturday a DJ gets everyone up and dancing in the sand.
