$$, Thai, Les Trois-Ilets
Fodor's Review:
This restaurant is as soothing as a spa, with a lily pond, tumbled pottery, orchids suspended from the trees, and sophisticated music. Not so the bumpy dirt road. But all is forgotten when you join the animated crowd for a house cocktail of lychee liqueur, passion fruit, and two different kinds of rum. Stagger multiple small courses of all your Thai favorites, making sure that someone orders something served in a pineapple. If a dish doesn't make your mouth go zing, you can ask the Thai chefs to heat it up. Afterward, explore the fascinating boutique with everything from Southeast Asian furnishings to silver jewelry.
