Frenchman's Cove Review

This beautiful, somewhat secluded beach is petite perfection. Protected by two outcroppings that form the cove, the inlet's calm waters are a favorite with families. A small stream trickles into the cove. You'll find a bar and restaurant serving fried chicken right on the beach. If this stretch of sand looks a little familiar, it just might be because you've seen it in the movies; it has starred in Club Paradise, Treasure Island (the 1990 TV-movie version), and The Mighty Quinn. Amenities: food and drink; lifeguards; parking; showers; toilets. Best for: partiers; sunrise; swimming.

Worth way more than $8 day pass!

WOW - it looks like a scene out of a movie! I don't know why people can't post pictures here, but you can go to google and put it in the image search.

Walk thru some vines, jungle-like area path, that runs next to a semi-hidden resort.

When you get to the bottom where the beach is - it takes your breath away. Look to the right, tall cliffs, moderate roaring waves and oh so pretty colors in the water.

Look to the left and wade into a fresh water lagoon covered in vines, and sooooo relaxing to look at or be near. I've never seen anything like it. And we have racked up quite a few islands in the last 10 years!
