Next door to Jake's, this resort lacks the style of its attention-getting neighbor, but it still offers a friendly getaway that's lovingly owner-managed. Rooms are unique and oversized, though some of the decor strikes us as a bit too fussy and frilly. The owners are happy to advise guests about local fun and activities and can arrange fishing excursions and other outings. The open-air restaurant serves beside a largish pool area.
