Although it's in the modest boutique hotel Sea Splash, make no mistake: this is Jamaican dining at some of its finest. Norma is Norma Shirley, one of Jamaica's best-known culinary artists, often called the Julia Child of the Caribbean. Opt for terrace or candlelight dining. Her dressed-up Jamaican fare is prepared with a creative flair. Try callaloo-stuffed chicken breast or jerk chicken pasta.
