The jazzed-up Eden Palm Theater usually presents Cuban-influenced Caribbean musical reviews on Saturday nights (though phone ahead to make sure, as it is tending to happen more on major holidays). The fast-moving, grand spectacle—like nothing else on the island—has plumage, imaginative costumes, a super sound system, special effects, a bevy of dancers, and sometimes even trapeze artists. The cost varies along with what one receives for it. The program (and the price) escalates during the Christmas holidays and on New Year's Eve; both are celebratory happenings here. Always there is the dinner—multi-course and Franco-Caribbean, and some alcoholic beverage. The wine carte encompasses many countries with some fine bottles.
