Rhodes' Restaurant Review
Named after the acclaimed British chef Gary Rhodes, this open-air restaurant is surrounded by palms, flowering plants, and twinkling lights—a wonderful setting for a romantic dinner or special occasion. Local produce and spices have never appeared (or tasted) more elegant. Past menus have featured citrus-cured salmon with a lime, fennel, and pawpaw (papaya) salad as a starter, followed by grilled swordfish steak with Caribbean paella risotto or fillet of beef on a roast potato cake with whole-grain-mustard cream. The passion-fruit panna cotta, light as a soufflé, is nothing short of divine.
