This open-air hotel restaurant, named for the acclaimed British chef Gary Rhodes, is surrounded by palms, flowering plants, and twinkling lights. Past menus have featured citrus-cured salmon with a lime, fennel, and paw paw (papaya) salad as a starter, followed by grilled swordfish steak with Caribbean paella risotto or fillet of beef on a roast potato cake with whole-grain-mustard cream. The passion-fruit panna cotta, light as a soufflé, is nothing short of divine.
