At this resort restaurant overlooking pristine St. David's Harbour, the dining experience is as exquisite as the view is mesmerizing. (The napkins are even folded into the shape of binoculars.) Tables are set on the covered verandah or on the garden patio. Chef Marc Banthrope's extensive menu includes fish and lobster from the surrounding waters, fresh produce from nearby farms and the resort's own gardens, and imported meats—all delicately flavored with local herbs and spices.
