Southeast Coast Restaurants

Boca Marina Restaurant & Lounge

Boca Marina Restaurant & Lounge Review

This rather remarkable seafood restaurant continues to be the "in" spot for the young, fun, and moneyed locals as well as hip tourists. The restaurant is decorated with a nuevo nautical theme and offers direct access to the water, although there is no beach. (A consolation: free Wi-Fi.) The brothers Brea, Ricardo, and Eduardo are the effusive hosts and owners. The menu is vast, with lots of different preparations of delectable mariscos (shellfish), including octopus and lobster, or you can have a perfectly grilled sea bass or red snapper fillet and a side of grilled vegetables. Most of the seafood is 100% fresh and local, some imported. Top-shelf margaritas are fantastico, and there's also an admirable wine cave. Breakfast is served here: it's the only high-end restaurant in the area that opens early.
