Lagos #10

Fodor's Review:

One of the first neighborhoods of Casa to be developed, Lagos is characterized by homes with back yards and solid construction. Those that have been substantially renovated, as #10 has been, have achieved that desirable marriage of character and up-to-date decor, in this case in a Mexican hacienda style. As a neighborhood, Lagos is relatively quiet, as its streets are not heavily trafficked arteries. Within this home's grounds you'll find a pool, a Jacuzzi, and a BBQ area. The master bedroom has a decidedly Mexican colonial ambience. Handsome, colorful area rugs on tile floors and textured walls give this villa charisma and, consequently, repeat clients. All four bedrooms have TVs; another is in the living room. That should keep kids or golf buddies content. There's a fully equipped kitchen, and a big plus is the free Wi-Fi. Pros: A cozy, homey atmosphere, nice oversize patio with handsome brown wicker furniture. Cons: No water view, maid doesn't speak English.
