Casa Blanca

Fodor's Review:

Guests at this home feel like they're in an exclusive neighborhood, which they are—Bahía Minitas, and close to the beach at that. A brick circular drive sets the stage; a Japanese garden in the front makes yet another positive statement. All contribute to a great first impression that only gets better. If there are serious cooks in your group, they will love the chef's kitchen with its stainless steel appliances. This Exclusive Villa is super for business groups—particularly those with a strong female contingent, who will recognize a woman's touch in the decor—and will have a special appeal to post-boomers. The guys will enjoy hanging out in the den with its wide-screen TV and leather couches. A BBQ, wet bar, fridge, stove, and gazebo all help make this a great place for outdoor entertaining. Pros: This is a feel-good house, master bedroom with its whirlpool tub is especially spacious. Cons: Outdoor decor may be too bright for some, no water views, some 10 minutes by golf cart to resort facilities.
