Fodor's Expert Review Onno's Bar Cabarete

This remains a serious party place, and it's usually wall-to-wall and back-to-back as the young and fit pack the dance floor and groove to techno sounds. There's a daily happy hour as well as theme nights, and the kitchen serves Spanish cuisine. DJs spin on weekends, when there's no cover; however, in high season the scene can get rowdy. It's also easier to get served at the beach bar than on the dance floor. Cabarete's Onno's now has sister establishments in Bávaro and Altos de Chavón.
