An astounding renovation of one of Sea Horse Ranch's earlier homes, this sophisticated villa combines character with the latest in home decor and materials for a hip, yet traditional environment. The decor shifts between more traditional iron grillwork to dramatic contemporary art; the smoky-green, wood cabinets in the impressive kitchen and the sea-grass sleigh beds all combine to make this vacation rental feel more like a real home. The state-of-the-art home theater surrounds an Italian L-shape sofa. The creative pool complex has a dive rock, submerged basking platform, and Jacuzzi (not heated). Amid palms and birds-of-paradise is the palapa gazebo, which comes equipped with an iPod docking station. Both families and groups will adore this home. Pros: Flat-screen TVs in all the rooms, maid Carmen is one of Sea Horse Ranch's best, unique four-seater golf cart is included. Cons: It's close but not on the ocean, not one of the latest mega-mansions.
