Unique among the Sea Horse Ranch collectivo, this sprawling vacation home is not only on one of the most enviable beachfronts, it's Balinese in design, utilizing the most natural construction materials: palapa roofs, native coralina and fieldstone floors, round white stones, and hemp ropes on the high-ceiling rafters. Individual bedrooms flank the main building that has an open-air living room, which extends to a home-chef's dream kitchen in stainless steel. A wood-burning pizza oven is indicative that this is ideal for casual fun, especially good for family reunions. Past the infinity pool, an Asian-influenced gazebo looks onto the beach with its tidal pools. The indoor-outdoor environment provides a natural high. Pros: Sandals and pareos suit this villa, bedrooms have their own patios and one has a baby's nursery. Cons: Not as many cushy creature comforts as some expensive manses here, lacks a formality or elegance that some upscale clients desire.
