Fodor's Review

This all-inclusive is filled primarily with English-speaking clientele who like its sophisticated lobby, the colorfully painted facades, and easy beach access. The lobby is a contemporary study in Caribbean colors, with a fountain as a focal point. The beach is on a point with unobstructed views to the left. Families make up a good share of the market (kids' club), and this resort is solid as far as the tour operators are concerned. Many couples prefer the larger rooms overlooking the quiet pool, alas, without the good ocean views. A Victorian-style wedding gazebo is popular for nuptials. With flat-screen TVs, all rooms have now been renovated and are styling, especially the bedding. The Octopus restaurant was completely redecorated and a Vintage Club bar was created.
