Hard Rock Café Santo Domingo Review
More and more of a nightspot, Hard Rock Café Santo Domingo has local rock bands that play on Saturday night starting around 10, when there's no cover charge. It's a good place for times when you may just want to feel at home and enjoy a perfect Rockarita, a huge margarita served in a big goblet with a salted rim. The music videos are loud, but here you can understand the words and sing right along. You can take a break from the bands and music videos by adjourning to the front terrace, which faces Parque Colón. The sound system still easily reaches there, but the music drops a decibel and you can people-watch.
