Blue-and-white gingham tablecloths are the only decoration in the dining room, where you can see the Caribbean by day and hear its serenade you by night. If ocean breezes wane, particularly during breakfast, then flies can be a problem. There's an open kitchen, but you may wish it wasn't. Keep your order simple, such as lobster, fish, or fillet of beef on the grill, or a Dominican dish like fish soup, fillet of dorado in coconut sauce, or lambi vinaigarette, and you'll be fine. There's no wine by the glass—only bottles—but the bar does serve nice tropical cocktails. Local music is played, and when the teenage employees aren't at the controls, it's pleasant.
