Fodor's Review

Party-scene insiders wind up sooner or later at Mangú, with two floors of pulsating rhythms to keep club goers charged. Upstairs, techno is pumped nonstop, while the downstairs dance floor tends toward reggaeton, hip-hop, and urban music mixed up with salsa, merengue, and bachata. It opens at 11 pm, but things don't get hot here until after midnight, and it goes on until 5 am. On the grounds of the Occidental complex, resort guests have free entrance and complimentary drinks up to 1 am. For non-Occidentalites, there's a cover charge, $10–$15, higher if there's live music.

They hold events regularly and often host themed nights to keep things fresh. Mangu Disco is one of the hottest places in town where you can mingle with the locals (who start arriving after midnight) in a very open minded environment. for more info about nightlife in Punta Cana you can visit http://puntacanaresortandhotel.com/punta-cana-nightlife/
