Fodor's Review

Party-scene insiders wind up sooner or later at Mangú, with two floors of pulsating rhythms to keep club goers charged. Upstairs, techno is pumped nonstop, while the downstairs dance floor tends toward reggaeton, hip-hop, and urban music mixed up with salsa, merengue, and bachata. It opens at 11 pm, but things don't get hot here until after midnight, and it goes on until 5 am. On the grounds of the Occidental complex, resort guests have free entrance and complimentary drinks up to 1 am. For non-Occidentalites, there's a cover charge, $10–$15, higher if there's live music.
