Punta Cana Restaurants

Tau Review

The highly attentive service and well-thought-out plates incorporating savory Asian fusion influences make this 10-table restaurant at the Sivory Resort worth venturing out for, especially if you're staying in northern areas of the region, such as Uvero Alto or Macao. The honey-and-wasabi-encrusted seared tuna is an outstanding appetizer, and the shrimp tempura is consistently popular. You might opt for the chef's surprise selections, or go with the incredible Tau Caribbean lobster tail. A ginger-infused chocolate fondue makes for a perfect closure. Guests from outside the resort should reserve in advance and will be accommodated at any of Sivory's three restaurants, as long as there is availability.
