Polo in Dominican Republic

Polo

Casa de Campo is a key place to play or watch the fabled sport of kings. The resort has always prided itself on the polo traditions it has kept alive since its opening in the 1970s. Matches are scheduled from October to June, with high-goal players flying in from France and Argentina. Private polo lessons ($60 an hour) and clinics are available for those who always wanted to give it a shot. Guavaberry Golf and Country Club in Juan Dolio is constructing two polo fields.
