Finca Fiesta Campesina Review
The Finca Fiesta Campesina is a hotel, farm, and museum showcasing Cuban flora and fauna, from the manjuarí, the island's most primitive form of aquatic life, to the jutía, a weasel-like tree rat much prized for guajiro stews. There's also a palm-tree climber who can, with lightning speed, scale a 30-meter (99-foot) palm using a system of spike-free loops and stirrups. The restaurant here serves creditable criolla cuisine.
