In an elegant, restored mansion near the train station, this small hotel specializes in fishing packages and provides guests with guides, licenses, and gear. The building was originally the home of the railroad administrator, which seems to have been a lucrative job given the structure's marble floors and gracious staircase and columns. Upstairs guest rooms have large windows, high ceilings, blue-tile baths, minibars, and satellite TVs. There's a small pool out back, and a restaurant on the ground floor.
