Conch Club Review
The handsome oceanfront development grafts Caribbean-style gingerbread onto New England maritime architecture with gables and dormers. Condos are well equipped and ideal for families or small groups (units 15-20 tend to be quieter). The town house-style units have vaulted ceilings, full kitchens, private patios, and balconies that look out onto the pool and ocean. Despite individual decorative flourishes, a fussy grandmotherly-style look out of a Sunbelt retirement community predominates. Diving is offered through Conch Club Divers.
