The Reef Resort's all-purpose dining room converts into a refined space come evening, its marine murals illuminated by candles, with clever partitioning by framed sails to enhance its intimacy. The chef hails from Jamaica, but even his buffets merrily marry culinary influences: he'll infuse hummus with saffron, spike egg rolls with avocado, flambé jerk chicken in creamy shiitake sauce. Standouts include conch sausage with caramelized onions and potato cakes, and crab cakes with mango salsa. Everything uses the freshest produce. Occasional limbo contests and the iconic Barefoot Man's inimitable song stylings can alter the ambience from romantic to raucous.
