Don't let the location of Sapphire Lounge -- in the back of a plain strip mall -- fool you. This is a chic and trendy New York-style martini lounge and sushi bar with more than 30 different drinks -- including many martinis -- and French-pressed coffee. The sushi is fresh. Choose from bar, tall tables, or sofas; there's new art on the walls every month.
