Don't let the location of Sapphire Lounge —in the back of a plain strip mall—fool you. This is a chic and trendy New York-style martini lounge and sushi bar with more than 30 different drinks—including many tinis with tude—and French-pressed coffee. Choose from bar, tall tables, or sofas; there's new art on the walls every month.
