The carefully manicured courtyard of this handsome arcaded Mediterranean Revival property could easily be mistaken for a peaceful park. Large shade trees and thick, lush gardens overflowing with flowers bloom everywhere; you can feed the iguanas that stake out the frangipani and hibiscus amid the topiary. What's blissfully missing is the usual pressure of traffic, construction, and concrete walls so common in this area of Seven Mile Beach. The condos themselves are nicely kept, their contemporary decor accented by classy tapestries and rugs; all units have a washer/dryer. The beach here is wide and soft, with more wonderful shade trees and thatched gazebos. A shopping center, grocery store, restaurants, dive shops, and nightlife are a short walk away.
