For a wonderful map of the natural attractions, go to the National Trust. The Trust sells books and guides to Cayman. The fabulous Web site has more than 50 information sheets on cultural and natural topics from iguanas to schoolhouses. Take advantage of the regularly scheduled sociable yet educational activities, from boat tours through the forests of the Central Mangrove Wetlands to Caymanian cooking classes where a local celebrity chef demonstrates the art of preparing traditional local dishes. Stop there first before you tour the island.
