This temple to sports and the cowboy lifestyle serves a Texas-size welcome and portions. If it can be barbecued, deep-fried, jerked, pulled, or nacho-ized it's probably on the menu. Many locals swear the burgers are Cayman's best. Such Tex-Mex standards as shrimp fajitas are appropriately mouth- and eye-watering, and regulars lick their chops at the reasonable prices. Monday and Thursday offers all-you-can-eat fajitas, while Tuesday you can gorge on lobster all night. The smoky, noisy back room glorifies sports, Texas, T&A, and the boob tube, from murals of Cowboy cheerleaders to an amazing sports memorabilia collection (including items signed by both Bushes), and 15 big-screen TVs tuned to different events. Spike a ball on the sand volleyball court or spike your blood alcohol level with the selection of over 100 shots.

Went to Lone Star to try out their "Island's best burger", but was kinda disappointed. I love hot stuff so got the killer burger with jalepenos. It was ok, but not very hot at all, and didn't rank in the best burgers in my book. Menu was pretty basic and cheap compared to other restaurants on the island. There was bar area and lots of interesting Texas memorabilia on the walls, as well as decent outside patio, but overall, kind of a dive place, with fair food, but with good service.

Great burgers right after a morning dive. Hit the spot.

The food is delicious, the waitresses Lauren and Julie are not only efficient, but friendly and fun, and the bartenders Justin and Marci set them up just the way you like them. A totally relaxed atmosphere and if you like sports even a little bit, this is the place to be! We had either lunch, dinner, drinks, or all 3 on any given day.. Most definitely will be back!
