Sea views and breezes attract diners to this elegant, open-air restaurant on the beach at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman. A small menu of creative Continental dishes should suit any taste. The wine prices will take your breath away, but the service is superb.

The atmosphere was nice and relaxed, sitting out on the porch. The service was attentive and warm. The food was very good and thoughtful.RATING: 4.6
