Fodor's Expert Review Gorda Peak National Park

There are two trails at this 260-acre park, which contains the island's highest point, at 1,359 feet. Signs on North Sound Road mark both entrances. It's a short but steep 30- to 50-minute hike (depending on which trail you take) through a rare Caribbean dry forest to a small clearing, where you can enjoy some high-level views.
